The victim in his statement recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. stated that petitioner and his associates have forcibly took him and got solemnized his marriage with a girl. Admittedly, the victim has already returned and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 411 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
