2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the retiral dues on different heads payable to the petitioner has been paid. He further submits that in case any dues is still required to be paid, in that case, the petitioner may be given liberty to file a representation before the concerned authority.

Considering the aforesaid information as well as desire of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the concerned authority who must dispose of the representation of the petitioner ensuring that any legal dues which are still required to be paid to the petitioner, the same be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation along with the applicable rate of interest till the date of payment.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
