JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025 dated 20.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 303(2) and 317 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

2. Heard Kamal Kishore Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Manoj Kumar, learned APP appearing for the State and have perused the FIR and the trial court's order.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, his custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court
