2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 354(kh), 147, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted the informant, indiscriminately, with stick as a result of which, informant sustained injury on head. Doctor has found simple injury.

4. Considering the simple injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
