The petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case no. 131/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

One looted mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year.
