JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased had some affair with the daughter of the petitioner and in the night of alleged occurrence, the deceased had talked with daughter of the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid circumstance, there is nothing against the petitioner and against whom the investigation has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with
