The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ballia P.S. case No.380 of 2015 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Title Suit No. 277 of 2015 is pending between the parties. The petitioner and informant are co-sharers and there is bonafide land dispute between the parties. The injury found on the injured is simple in nature.

It appears that there is allegation against the petitioner that he fired causing injury to Shashi Bhushan on different parts of his body. The injury is caused by fire arm and it was the petitioner who is author of the aforesaid injury.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45834 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
