Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that Kusum Devi and Sushila Devi sold the land of their share in the name of petitioner Rajesh Sultania.
It is submitted that petitioner is the bona fide purchaser of land and petitioner paid Rs.10,65,000/-. It is submitted that when the petitioner came to know about the fact that Kusum Devi and Sushila Devi sold land more than their share to the petitioner, petitioner also filed a complaint case against them. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40521 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 Prasad Singh have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by order dated 13.08.2014 vide Criminal Misc. No. 33699 of 2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 71 of 2013 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
