The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 87/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 363. 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim, but the victim made statement under Section 164 of Cr. P.C. that her age is 19 years and she herself went with the petitioner to marry with him. The victim was in love with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with
