The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case no. 29 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are brother-in-laws of the deceased, daughter of informant and they used to reside separate after partition before the marriage of the deceased with Ajit Yadav,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56183 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 but with ulterior motive, the petitioners have also been implicated in this case. Moreover, after investigation, the Police submitted Final Form, but differing with the Final Form, the learned trial Court took the cognizance against the petitioners and other. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.V, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
