JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 The application of the petitioner for grant of licence was not favourably disposed of by the licensing authority for want of requisite information.

Being aggrieved, the petitioner moved this Court in C.W.J.C. No.7071 of 2013 which was disposed of by order dated 16.12.2014 with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to remedy of appeal. The petitioner consequently filed an appeal bearing Supply Appeal Case No.8 of 2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
