The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband. The wife has made allegation of demand of dowry and torture. The petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Araria in complaint Case No. 1004-C/2011.
