JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No. 6668/2014. However, on that very moment a wrong submission was made that petitioner had got clean antecedent whereupon the privilege so allowed in his favour was prohibited. Then thereafter, petitioner remained outside till 10.08.2016 and during midst thereof, as is evident from para-3 of his bail petition, he indulged in antisocial activities whereupon two cases i.e., Bettiah Mufassil PS Case No. 329/2015 as well as 564/2015 have been registered. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, prayer for bail is rejected. However, it is made clear that after framing of charge, learned lower court itself will release the petitioner on bail on its own satisfaction.
