2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus against the Respondent No. 3, for keeping the property situated at Mauza Bariyarpur bearing Khata No. 315, Khesra No. 267, Tauzi No. 951, Thana No. 196 of the petitioner in block list (Rock Suchi) of the Registration Department without serving any show cause;

(ii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari by quashing the entry of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13124 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2026 2/2 petitioner's property in the block list (Rock Suchi) of the Registration Department, Motihari;

(iii) for issuance of a writ in nature of Mandamus by directing the Respondents to release the share of the petitioner in the property from the block list (Rock Suchi) of the District Sub-Registrar Office, Motihari, East Champaran and further allowed the petitioner to dispose the same in accordance with law;

(iv) for any other writ/writs, order/orders, directions for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to withdraw the petition.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
