The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.113 of 2011 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submissions that on completion of investigation the police found the petitioner innocent and his culpability was not found in commission of crime and the police report was accepted by the learned Magistrate, but the acceptance of final report as against the petitioner was set aside by the revisional court, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42000 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Birpur, Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.113 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks.
