JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.6.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 23758 of 2017 and thereafter vide order dated 7.3.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 11521 of 2018 with direction to learned trial court that if no substantive progress was made in trial petitioner would be released on bail to its own satisfaction.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the court is vacant and petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2017. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26820 of 2018 (2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No.30 of 2017, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear in the court below as and when required, failing which his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
