03. 04.12.2015 This case has come up under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioners. It has been submitted that the Petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 02.11.2015 but inadvertently Condition No. (ii) was imposed that an affidavit would be filed that they are not accused in any other case despite it has been stated in paragraph 3 of the Petition that the Petitioner No. 1 was accused in one other case and the Petitioners No. 2 and 3 have no criminal antecedents. In view of such, Condition No. (ii) stands deleted. The order is modified to the aforesaid extent. Let this order be communicated to the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 01 of 2015.
