The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 452, 332, 333, 338 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Six prisoners were transferred in another jail and on such the inmates of the jail made protest. It is alleged that they assaulted the warden and others and also set ablaze the property of the jail. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner although the petitioner is named in the FIR. Similarly situated many of the accused have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
