The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

The informant alleged that Subodh Sah, the petitioner came and took her husband to somewhere else. The petitioner took the husband of the informant on 03.12.2014, but the FIR was lodged on 05.01.2015. The dead body of the informant was found in a ditch. Only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
