JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-3, 4 & 5 of Immoral Trafficking (P) Act, 1956.
It is alleged in the written report that the police received confidential information that business of flesh trade is running in the house of the petitioner. The informant raided the house and found two males and two females in objectionable condition. The police suspected both the persons namely, Ajeet Kumar @ Ajay and Vijay Kumar. It is alleged that the two girls were also found there who disclosed their names as Supriya Khatoon and Soni Kumari. Several objectionable articles as mentioned in the written report, were also recovered. The gril told that Ajeet Kumar @ Ajay brought them for flesh trading and the aforesaid trade is being run in conspiracy with this petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34938 of 2017 (2) dt.07-08-2017 In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered and disposed of on same day on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
