No. 77 of 2019 dated 23.03.2019 registered at Police Station Nadi, District-Patna under Sections 323,341,364,387 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law, after a period of six months.
