The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No. 19297 of 2010, which stood dismissed on 28.07.2015 due to non-prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to ailment, he had not come to the Court on the date, when the case stood dismissed.

After hearing and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C.No.19297 of 2010 be restored to its original file.
