12-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while filing the writ application the petitioner had not given the present address whereas in the sureties which are required to be furnished the present address based on the address mentioned in the registration document of vehicle is required to be furnished.

Let the present address of the petitioner as mentioned in Annexure-2 at page-20 be incorporated in the title portion of the petition in course of the day and the present order be made available to the petitioner with the present address as appearing in Annexure-2.
