Since even from reading of the F.I.R., there is nothing specific emerging against these petitioners with regard to the kind of role in the death of the deceased, who was a newly married bride, anticipatory bail application of the petitioners are allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000 /- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 177 of 2014,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42808 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
