3. In view of the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner, if so advised, may file his/her individual representation before the Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Bihar.

4. The Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Bihar is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation expeditiously well within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
