2. The present petition has been preferred for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 289 of 2021 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

3. Pursuant to the notice issued on 23.11.2022, the opposite party has appeared through his lawyer and he submits that Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 289 of 2021 was filed in the year 2021 and it is necessary that the same is taken to its logical conclusion, whether it is at Bhojpur or Patna, he has no objection to it.

4. The prayer of the petitioner is as follows: "that this is an application for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce)

Patna High Court MJC No.1996 of 2022(3) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 Case No. 289 of 2021 from the Principle Judge, Family Court, Bojpur, Arrah of Arrah District to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna of Patna District, which was instituted by the opposite party (husband) against the petitioner for dissolution of Marriage by a decree for divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955".

5. In view of the fair stand taken by the learned counsel for the opposite party to the prayer made by the petitioner, the Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 289 of 2021 is transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. Both the petitioner as well as the opposite party shall have the liberty to appear before the Court either physically or through the virtual mode.

6. The MJC No. 1996 of 2022 stands allowed.
