JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to ensure fair and proper investigation in Barh Police Station Case No. 340 of 2017, lodged for offence punishable under section 364 IPC. Petitioner has lodged this case for missing of her son.
At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 9.9.2022, passed in Cr.W.C.No.153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs State of Bihar and others) and other analogous cases.
