2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the petitioners, who are named in the F.I.R., assaulted the informant and her family members. They also snatched mangalsutra from the neck of sister-in-law of informant and Rs. 10,000/- cash from the box.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62625 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 case is counter blast of Mokama P.S. Case No. 167 of 2022, which was lodged by petitioner no. 3 against informant and her family members. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been attributed against petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
