JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is payment of wages/salary from the dated of joining till the date the petitioners have executed the work. Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners place d reliance on the order of this Court dated 12.09.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1805 of 2016 and submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the said decision.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer
Patna High Court CWJC No.9226 of 2018(2) dt.16-05-2018 3/3 (Establishment), Gopalganj to examine the case of the petitioners and if its is found that the case of the petitioners is similar to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 18505 of 2016, similar benefit should be extended to the petitioners of this case within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
