That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent-authorities to provide a Bodyguard to the petitioner as his life and the property are at the threat and further the petitioner prays for issuance of any other appropriate writ/order/direction to which he may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case as stated hereinafter."

Patna High Court CWJC No.20336 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
