2. This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 01.09.2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 81206 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1693(c) of 2018 filed for the offence 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65439 of 2024(5) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 opposite party no.2. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.

4. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected.

5. However, the petitioner is given liberty to raise all the ground in trial.
