The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner and Chhotan Kumar Singh started eve teasing when the girls came to see fair. On protest the petitioner is alleged to have repeatedly inflicted knife blow on different parts of the body of the informant. It is submitted that the FIR is lodged after four days of the occurrence. The injury report appears to be suspicious as the informant firstly treated in private hospital from where he was referred to S.K.M.C.H., Muzaffarpur. The petitioner has also filed Complaint Case No. 552 of 2014 as the informant firstly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40654 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 demanded money.

Having considered the facts that the informant made very specific allegation that when he made protest of eve teasing the petitioner repeatedly assaulted him with knife and corresponding injuries are found on vital part of the body of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail.
