2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner fired shots on the informant side.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Sudden quarrel took place between the parties over pathway. Though there is allegation of firing against the petitioner but nobody sustained gun shot injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna city in Didarganj Police Station Case No. 180 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
