1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents concerned to allow the petitioner as Panel Lawyer of One Stop Centre-cum- Mahila Help

Patna High Court CWJC No.20278 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 Line, Aurangabad in the terms of the order dated 13.02.2021passed by the respondent no.7 contained in ANNEXURE-2.

(B) For further directing the respondents concerned to pay the outstanding dues of the petitioner towards his honorarium/ professional fees which is due from April, 2021.

(C) For directing the respondents to merge the Mahila Help Line with One Stop Centre, Aurangabad in the terms of the decisions and guidelines of the Union of India and the State of Bihar.

(D) For staying any appointment and preparing fresh panel of lawyer in the One Stop Centre -cum-Mahila Help Line, Aurangabad."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
