The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a police officer, made allegation that he got information that a group of two criminals, Rajbali Yadav and Ravindra Yadav, had assembled and made indiscriminate firing to spread terror.

It is submitted that informant went there and made firing thereafter the accused persons fled away. The accused persons also made firing in which two animals got fire arm injuries. No specific allegation of firing is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.40133 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Khagaria in S.C. No. 105/2011 arising out of Chautham P.S. Case No. 83/2009, G. R. No. 1330/09.
