Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 379 and 120B/34 of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report on the basis of the statement of co-accused who was apprehended by the informant police officer as the co-accused identified the petitioner as one who was also executant of the illegal "Chehra Pehchano Inam Pao" Scheme run by him and others.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40152 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Shekhpura in connection with Shekhpura P.S. Case No. 189/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
