Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34249 of 2021.

The Trial Court report reveals that charge has been framed on 28.03.2022 and till date not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2020.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
