The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested in connection with Paraiya P.S. case No. 112 of 2014 under section 395, 364A of the IPC in which the petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt and also confessed that he committed dacoity but no looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on T. I. Parade although the petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40135 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jigar Sah, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gaya in Delha P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014, G. R. No. 5918 of 2014.
