The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 168 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a member of mob. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
