Patna High Court CWJC No.14988 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/3 the following reliefs :- " (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ for setting aside of order dated 31.01.2022 passed in Case No. A6232/2021 under signature of State Chief Information Commissioner, State Information Commission, Patna, Bihar (Annexure-9) whereby and where under the State Chief Information Commissioner had mechanically closed the file in which petitioner sought information. However some part of information is given but major part of information had not provided by the Public information officer under right to information Act, 2005.

(ii) For issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities specially vigilance department to take appropriate step(s) to register the case and investigate against the respondent No. 11 (Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh) Anchal Amin who had appointed on the basis forged and fabricated Amanat course certificate and he is working since 33 years on basis of aforesaid forged and fabricated certificate.

(iii) For issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to take appropriate step(s) for recovery of the Public

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
