JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.
The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69056 of 2021(2) dt.07-06-2022 2/3 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 332, 333, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
The petitioners and 20 unknown persons holding weapons came to the hotel of the informant and accused Tippu armed with iron rod assaulted on the head of the informant with intention to kill causing injury and accused Kamran also started assaulting his staffs causing injuries. Imran and Tikku also started assaulting customer with iron rod. Other accused persons also damaged the articles of the hotels and Tippu took out Rs. 27,000/- from the cash box of he informant and Sunni Khan snatched golden chain worth Rs. 55,000/-from the neck of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. He further submits that injury is simple in nature.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
The impugned order suggests the injury of the informant is simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their

No.69056 of 2021(2) dt.07-06-2022 3/3 arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Gautam/- U T
