Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is of defalcation of money. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.8.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against petitioner. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against petitioner. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact. The matter relates to accounting. It is further submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/- in the court below which may be subject to final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

It is directed that petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the
