The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was arrested in another case in which the petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt and in pursuance thereof, the stolen mobile was recovered from possession of one Chandan but the stolen vehicle was no recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 30.03.2015 i.e. for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40211 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.
