ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, being the husband of the deceased lady, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Goriakothi P.S. Case No.165 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

In view of the facts and circumstances and also because the husband has moral responsibility to protect his wife, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
