JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present case has been lodged due to dispute of land which the petitioners had purchased from the husband of the informant. The present first information report has been lodged after delay of about one and half years without any explanation. After payment of full consideration amount, petitioners had purchased the land in question vide sale deed annexed as Annexure-2. The land was also mutated in the name of petitioner no. 1 vide Annexure-3. Nothing specific has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
