Petitioner is accused in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 313, 498A, 120B of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. A joint compromise petition has been filed on behalf of both the parties, in which it has been specifically mentioned in paragraph no.4 that the dispute in between the parties has already been amicably settled. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016.
