Petitioner is accused in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 313, 498A, 120B of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. A joint compromise petition has been filed on behalf of both the parties, in which it has been specifically mentioned in paragraph no.4 that the dispute in between the parties has already been amicably settled.
