JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 07-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board').

2. Supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the Board in which orders in favour of the petitioners with regard to the flats in question have been brought on record to indicate that certain dues have been found payable. In the letter issued, it has been stated that upon payment of the same, registration of the flats shall be done. With regard to petitioner no. 12, it has been stated that there is no dues payable by him.

3. In the aforesaid background, the Court finds that the order of the Court dated 13.01.2014 passed in CWJC No. 15263 of 2011, has been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. It goes without saying that it shall be open to the petitioners to move the authorities concerned with regard to any discrepancies, which according to them, exist in the calculation made by the Board authorities.
