The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with two other accused persons and from the possession of petitioner one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months and he has got no criminal antecedent of such nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M. K. Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 56/2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
