At an earlier occasion, vide order dated 16.08.2016 passed under Cr. Misc. No.33234 of 2016 (Annexure-1), prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected at that very moment, giving a liberty to renew after framing of charge. From Annexure-3, it is evident that charge had already been framed on 29.09.2016. Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Pankaj Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Trial No.14 of 2016 arising out of Gopalganj P. S. Case No.229 of 2016.

No.48520 of 2016 (02) dt.16-11-2016 However, the learned lower Court is directed to ascertain the genuineness of the bailor before acceptance of bail bond in the background of the fact that petitioner happens to be resident of outside the State, so that his appearance should be till conclusion of the trial.
