JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 665 gms Heroine like substance, one Katta, three live cartridges, one weighing machine and cash are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Taking note of the aforesaid recovery as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Special Case No. 56 of 2014 arising out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Patna stands rejected.
